We already said to shower daily but I would also suggest trying to shower after any activity that has you sweating.  That could be work, sports or just plain old lazy days lying in the sun.  Once you are done showering you want to follow up with a good moisturizer once again on the advice of the pharmacist. 

 

When it comes to night time you want to treat your body acne exactly the way you treat any other acne.  It’s important to apply an acne gel or cream to all the affected parts.
